Dear Families, Children are like sponges and much of what they take in has to do with moral values and character. I believe that I have been a good role model to the children that have surrounded me and I highly believe that I will continue to be an influential person to yours, as well. I am an energetic, loving, down to earth person who genuinely adores children for who they really are, their imaginations and their views of the world. I am an experienced and university educated nanny, in the midst of achieving my social work degree. I am available for a long term position, Monday to Fridays, evenings and weekends throughout the week, starting mid to late November to help you raise and nurture your wonderful child/children! Although I am currently living in Toronto, I will be back in Vancouver for mid November. I have extensive experience with children of all ages. With my eight year history as a Residential Support Worker/Case Manager, I have studied Child And Youth Work, worked in group homes, elementary schools and have been a long term nanny for different families for the past 4 years in Ontario and Vancouver. It is really what I love and do best in life! I have achieved many different certifications i.e. ASD certification, Crisis Prevention Intervention, FASD certification, Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour, Fire Training, CPR/First Aid/Defibrillator and come equipped with a drivers license and great references, of course!
