Housekeeper Job in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey

Hi I am looking for cleaning person preferably from My town to clean my house in Pompton Lakes . Duties includes; dust swiping, vacuuming and wet cleaning floors- I preffer someone who doesn't use mop ( downstairs and 2 bathrooms, carpet vacumm upstairs ) cleaning countertops , dining table etc. Basically, cleaning as you clean in your house. Preferably Tuedsays or Wednesdays . I 'd rather pay flat rate than hourly . My house is 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. I have 2 cats . Can not pay more than $12/h - 4-5 hours every other week for now.
