Housekeeper Job in New York, New York

We are currently looking for a full time and part-time Custodial workers to work. Cleaning experience a plus, but not required. Reliability, punctuality and good work ethic are the main requirements. Medical and Dental Benefits, 401K, Pension Plan, Vacations Days And Unions are given after First 90 days on the Job JOB DESCRIPTION: - Perform any combination of cleaning duties and general labor to maintain office in a clean and orderly manner. - Job tasks may include but no limited to: Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, vacuum cleaners, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. - Clean dishes, desks, and fridge. Clean conference rooms, lobbies, bathrooms, lounges, restrooms, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met. - Empty wastebaskets, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Polish/dust silver accessories and metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. - Change light bulbs, clean fans. - Able to lift up to 40 lbs. - Special jobs as needed.
