I offer house cleaning at competitive prices and have multiple references. I work alone, and I am trustworthy, reliable, and thorough. Please contact me for all of your cleaning needs. I offer move in/move outs, construction clean-up, and bi-weekly or monthly services. For the first cleaning, or "spring cleaning" package, I charge $30.00/hr. *If carpet shampooing is requested, additional rates are charged per room or sq. foot (whichever applies best). For standard biweekly or monthly cleanings, I charge $25.00/hr. For move in/move outs, charges vary depending on services needed. For construction or home renovation clean-ups, I charge $40.00/hr. I also offer home organization for additional charges. This includes pantry organization, closet organization, cabinets, etc.,. I have flexible work hours, and will work everyday except for some holidays such as Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc.,. I bring all of my own supplies, and if you wish for me to use organic cleaners, please specify prior to cleaning date so that I can make arrangements.
