To summarize, I am looking for AiR BNB cleaning , 2-6 x per month. My apt is at parklawn/lakeshore. It is a 1bed and den, I bathroom with shower/tub. Cleaning I am looking for: I asked the guests to run the towels before they check out, just place in dryer . Run remaining laundry on stain wash cycle and dry on speed dry. Do not clean coloured blankets and pillow covers , if dirty, place in bag in closet, or let m know. If clean place Extra sheets , pillows etc go in top shelf front closet. Clean both white duvet covers ( if used )and white bed sheet and flat sheet. Not the two matress covers if not clean. Not the actual duvets. Fold up the futon in the den if used and take off sheets. Take off any sheets on couch if used. wipe down couch if dirty - ill leave leather cleaning wipes next time all material is underneath kitchen sink, bathroom sink or laundry room. Bucket is on balcony. Recycling blue container is on balcony no smoking is allowed in building, if seen , make a note if u can thanks. check the duvets especially for stains, given recent complaint, it was missed. Lysol wipes are there for cleaning remote control, all handles and light switches and toilet seat. Please do not use same cleaning cloth for toilet seat for any other cleaning such as the sinks or tub. change this cloth after cleaning toilet and toilet seat please. Use Lysol wipes for this if easier. Vacuum cleaner is in front closet and swifer plus broom with sponge. Ill have a mop and cleaning gloves next time ( they are in my car currently). I Guests are suppose to run dishwasher on check out, if not , please run it, please takeout dishes from dishwasher when clean. wipe down fridge.
