Housekeeper Job in New Orleans, Louisiana

Hello, My name is Katherine and my husband Alex and I own a residential property in New Orleans East. We have listed the property on Air BnB since we now work in Texas and are not in the home very often. I am looking for a housekeeper who can come in to clean up behind the guests. Services needed would include washing linens (bed, bath and kitchen), making the beds, restocking the toiletries, cleaning the floors, cleaning the bathrooms, and cleaning the kitchen. The guests are supposed to strip all of the beds and put their used linens in the laundry sorter as well as loading and running the dishwasher. Hopefully they will abide by these house rules to speed up the cleaning process. However I do have an expectation that even the dishes coming out of the dishwasher will be inspected for cleanliness and anything that still has food on it will be hand washed, dried and placed in the proper cabinet.
