FIRST CLEANING FREE (for one room) ***$20 per hour*** A hard working college student who is "self-motivated, responsible, patient, and, above all, kind" Free estimates My services include deep cleaning in: -Living areas -Bedrooms -Kitchen -Bathrooms -And Special Requests Services and Policies 1. If you need to cancel, give as much notice as possible. I don't charge for cancellations unless they become a habit. 2. I don't take out the trash unless requested. 3. I don't clean the dishes unless requested. 4. I don't clean laundry unless requested. 5. Inside of refrigerator and stove only cleaned when requested. 6. If I need to cancel I will call with as much notice as possible. I do NOT no call-no show. 7. If you need special jobs done, just give me advance notice so I can bring the proper tools. 8. Keys are kept on my person or in a locked box. 9. I do not charge minimums. 10. I don't clean pet stains or wash carpets. 11. If breakage occurs, I will leave a note and I will call you. Restitution will be made. 12. Payment is due when service is rendered. 13. No travel charge. 14. One-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services are available. 15. All products, equipment, and supplies are included unless you have a special request. 16. Referrals are rewarded! If you recommend me to someone and they use the service, I will give you one half hour of free cleaning. Refer more than one person and I'll give the extra half hours back to back.
