Looking for cleans preferably two person cleaning team (Orange County & Los Angeles) We are looking for residential cleaning company based in Los Angeles that is currently seeking experienced residential home cleaners that have a partner for cleaning jobs. All jobs are with a maids/cleaners We service all areas within the Orange County & Los Angeles suburbs. When jobs come through, we send a blast email to all of our maids that explains the location of the job and the pay for the job, The maids that are willing to work in the particular area at that pay rate respond back and get assigned to the job on a first-come, first-serve basis. Think of it as a being “On-Call”, it would be a supplement to your already existing job or cleanings. We strongly encourage other small or new maid service companies who are looking for more work/jobs to respond, although you must be willing to sign a non-compete in terms of our clients( For example, you can still work your clients and your business and get your own jobs, but you are not to steal our clients for your own business) You get paid a percentage of the charged rate to the client, and the more jobs you do with us, the higher your percentage will be. We start at 60% of the job and move up from there
