Whatever your preferences are I am willing to work with you. I offer free estimates with reasonable rates (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) for your home or business. No job is too big or too small. My prices include bringing my own equipment and chemicals or the price is negotiable if you would like me to use your equipment and/or chemicals that you prefer. If you have any" PET PEEVES" I can address them for you. I charge extra for a first time cleaning, then it will be the price I quoted you after that. I also offer 10% referral discounts on a cleaning if you recommend me to someone.
