I started cleaning houses when I was 16 & cleanes both residential & janitorial for 4 years until I decided to start a career in teaching. I'm December i had to quit school to stay at home with my newborn daughter, I am now trying to go back to school. So i am offering residential cleans for a low price. Deep clean Price: 2000 sq feet or less for $150 Over 2000 sq feet for $230 Deep clean includes: Wiping/dusting all ceiling fans, cleaning all light fixtures, wiping/dusting all blinds & shutters, wiping all trim & baseboards, cleaning window sills, dusting(everything gets wiped, knick knacks get picked up & wiped under) pictures, lamps/lampshades, furniture, etc. Full kitchen- stove top, oven, sinks, counters, outsides of cupboards, outside of dishwasher, dishes. All bathrooms- mirrors, showers/bath, sinks, toilet. All garbages, make all beds, stairs(vacuumed or wiped), floors-vacuum,sweep& mop. Just Floors: $50 Includes: all floors vacuumed, swept & mopped. Just dusting: $50 Extensive Dusting of entire house Bathrooms& kitchen: $75. Full clean of all bathrooms & kitchen ***I also offer weekly,bi weekly, & monthly cleaning as well*** If you are interested, I will need to do an initial deep clean first. Prices for weekly cleaning: $75 for houses 2000 sq ft or less & $125 for houses over 2000 sq ft. Prices for bi weekly cleaning: $100 for houses 2000 sq ft or less & $150 for houses over 2000 sq ft.
