I started out in 2011 making minimum wage as a Janitor with a cleaning company that cleaned medical offices. While I was working for that company, I also cleaned houses on the side to make some extra cash. After a year of working as a Janitor, I decided to leave that job to pursue cleaning houses on my own. Around January of 2014 most of my clients fell on hard financial times and were no longer able to hire me, which put me in a hard time financially. I needed to provide for myself and was not able to pick up more clients, so I started working for another company that focused on both residential and commercial cleaning and I worked for that company for about 2 years. It has always been a dream of mine to build my own company and I believe the time has come to pursue this dream! When I work with a new client, I like to schedule a time to do an initial walk through. This allows the client and I to meet and see if we are a good fit for each other. This also gives me the opportunity to see what the work is going to be and what types of chemicals/equipment are needed to get the job done effectively and efficiently. During the walk through I will give you, the client, a more accurate and final quote and we can schedule a time for me to come back and do the work. Pricing depends on the size of the house and how much work is to be done. The first cleaning usually will cost more, because it is more work and takes longer. I do not charge a "per-hour" rate, but I charge a standard flat rate.
