We manage a couple hundred rentals and are looking for a great go-to person/company for our between-tenant cleanings and to refer to our sales clients!
1) Must be licensed/bonded and experienced at cleaning for other people
2) Must have reliable transportation
3) Non-smoker, well presented
4) Flexible, independent worker, not afraid to get dirty!
5) Have all your own supplies, tools, vacuums, etc
6) Speak/read English
7) On time, efficient, thorough
