Housekeeper in Saint Augustine, Florida

We are looking for a new housekeeper. Our previous housekeeper was having a lot of health problems and was unable to continue. We are looking for someone to clean our 2600 square-foot home one day per week, run laundry while here, and clean dishes. We would like to find someone that is also cool with an odd job here and there, like if a lightbulb needs to be changed or something that day. We also own a dental office right down the road. Our previous cleaner would clean our home from 12 to 6 and then clean the office from 6 to 7, so this type of deal would be optimal. Prefer housekeeper with liability insurance.
