Housekeeper Job in Austin, Texas

I am looking for a housekeeper to come clean my 2000 sq. ft., 4 bed/2bath home every two weeks. I would like this person to use my cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to occasionally run errands, do laundry, or help prepare for parties would be beneficial but not required. Whole house, all areas • Stainless steel polish all doorknobs • Wipe down all light switches • Dust ○ Fan blades ○ All furniture ○ Baseboards ○ Corners of walls and remove cobwebs ○ TV and monitor screens ○ Picture frames and pictures ○ Blinds • Beeswax polish furniture (once per month) • Water plants Common Areas • Windex windows on all doors • Sweep all hard floors ○ Make sure to move furniture • Steam mop • Dust all glassware in bar area • Dust wine bottles in racks • Clean and polish all granite counters • Vacuum cloth furniture ○ Pay special attention to cleaning white couch ○ Vacuum in cracks of leather couch ○ Vacuum couch in Chris' office and chair in Robin's office Bathrooms • CLR in toilets • Clean toilets • Clean sinks • Polish granite counters • Windex makeup mirror and bathroom mirrors • Stainless steel polish all faucets • Clean bathtubs • Sweep tile • Steam clean tile • Steam clean toilets • Wash rugs and towels Kitchen • Windex dining room table • Clean and polish all granite counters • Wipe down fronts of all cabinets and knobs • Stainless steel polish refrigerator and dishwasher • Wash pots and pans and dishes ○ Kitchen knives NEVER go in the dishwasher! Hand wash only ○ Wash kitchen towels after washing ○ Put away dishes • Empty all trashcans and recycling • Clean inside of refrigerator (once per month) • Clean inside and outside of microwave; stainless steel polish outside • Clean stove top and burners • Self-clean oven (2x/year) • Vacuum dining room chairs Bedrooms and offices • Wash and change sheets • Vacuum • Shampoo carpet (4x/year) • Empty trash cans Outside • Sweep front porch • Sweep sidewalk • Sweep back porch
