JOB DESCRIPTION Hi, there, my name is Michelle. I am looking for a vacation home Independent Contractor in Brampton, Ontario. I'm hoping to find a professional individual who has availability for the hours of 11:00 am to 5:00 pm any day of the week. We send booking schedules in advance, and you can decide if you would be able to work. We pay-out on Wednesdays via email transfer for the prior week Monday to Sunday. This position is for an Independent Contractor we do not employ cleaners. This may lead to other vacation home cleaning opportunities. PROPERTY INFORMATION TOP FLOOR • 3 Bedrooms, 3 Beds • 1 Full Bathroom (tub) MAIN FLOOR • Kitchen • Dining/Living Room • Power Room • Laundry Room BASEMENT • 1 Bedroom • 1 Bathroom (shower stall) DUTIES LAUNDRY Wash/dry and fold ALL ROOMS ***Report Any Damages*** All surfaces dusted (including cobwebs, ceiling fans, picture frames, lamps) Light organizing Wipe touch points (light switch, doors and doorknobs and remote controls) Spot wipe minor smudges on walls if moisture tolerant Clean mirrors and glass tables Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened Dust baseboards Vacuum and wash all floors Empty and clean all wastebaskets and replace liner from host supplies KITCHEN All surfaces dusted Light organizing and restock dish soap and sponge if needed Dishes loaded in the dishwasher ( and taken out and put away in cupboards). Remove perishables from the fridge and wipe shelves Clean appliances exterior facings (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave inside and out, dishwasher) Wipe cabinet facings Wipe small appliances toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender. Wipe table and chairs Wipe and sanitize countertops Empty and clean all wastebaskets and replace liner from host supplies BATHROOMS All surfaces dusted Light organizing Restock and top up all Bathroom supplies from the host supply cabinet Wipe cabinet facings Clean mirrors Clean and sanitize showers, bathtubs and toilets and sinks Place fresh towels on the towel rack and a roll of toilet paper (from host stock) BEDROOMS All surfaces dusted Light organizing Make beds and change linens Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures Requirements: At least 18 years old - Legal to work in Canada - Have a working vehicle - Have a working smartphone - Have the ability to accept email transfer How To Apply: You can reach out via this website, and I'll try to get back shortly!
