I'm an
Individual
1,500 sq ft 4 bed, 3 bath, mostly hard wood one room with carpet.
Sweep and mop hardwood floors
Dust and clean surfaces
bathrooms - I don't let them get disgusting, just need help sweeping.
kitchen - Load and run dishwasher, clean surfaces
Laundry - not a must, but if it the hamper is full I wouldn't mind if you threw clothes in the washer/dryer...I'll do all the folding
Tell me when the flowers need to be replaced and possibly suggest some.
