Hello, I am looking for a responsible, honest and reliable individual to clean two houses in Maricopa. Scope of the job -Change the linens on the beds -Clean linens -Clean towels -Vacuuming carpet -Cleaning tile floors -Cleaning up kitchen -Placing house items in their appropriate places. -Watering plants Requirements -must have means of transportation -have experience in house cleaning -reliable -honest -effiecient -ability to use technology like a smartphone or laptop -clean crimminal record -flexible with time -dedication to providing a clean house Payment The pay structure for this job will depend on the state of the house. We can discuss the different possibilities of offering a general clean up fee regardless of the state of the house, or we can negotiate an hourly rate. Depending on the circumstances I believe that the pay rate would work out to 10-15$ per hour. However, this will be dependent upon many factors.
