Housekeeper Job in Smyrna, Delaware

My husband and I require someone who does "detailed" general house cleaning - wiping down door knobs, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc. (I served in the Marine Corps, so I know clean.) We need: Bathroom cleaning - 2 & 1/2 baths (this is most important to us); Vacuuming & Dusting in upstairs bedrooms; Vacuuming, Dusting, & Mopping downstairs; Dusting ceiling corners; Wiping down kitchen counters; Occasionally will need the stairs to the basement wiped down, or interior front door screen washed, or exterior kitchen cabinets/appliances wiped down. We have cats so there is a lot of cat hair! We will pay $20.00 per hour - no flat fees - and our home usually requires about 3 hours to clean. We would like regular bi-weekly cleaning. We require a background check and references.
