Room and Board Included. • 4000 square foot home • Must be able to work independently • General house management / caretaker • Standard housekeeping duties; deep cleaning, laundry, preparing light snacks and meals. • Positive, can do attitude. • Must have impeccable references and clear background check. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Daily cleanliness and organization • Insuring high-standard cleanliness in the house at all times • Performing housekeeping duties with daily cleanliness of high-use rooms like kitchen, master bedroom, bedroom, bathrooms along with weekly deep cleaning of all rooms including floors, mopping, etc. • Wardrobe and clothing organization. • Full charge of all household laundry, including fold and put away, closet and wardrobe coordination. • Scheduling household maintenance with approval • Handling personal errands of the Owner • Grocery and supply shopping • Preparation of light meals and snacks • Responsible, discreet • Flexible and available • Driving license • Experience working towards the highest level of detail and standards Send me a message and expect a response within 2 hours
