Housekeeper Job in Henderson, Kentucky

Hi there, my name is James. I am looking for a Housekeeper living in Henderson, Kentucky. I'm hoping to hire a hard working, dependable, and trust worthy person.

Duties:
My rental property (duplex) is in need of routine general Housekeeping for 2 units - 2 bed/1 bath 750 sq/ft ea.
Examples of tasks includes; surface polishing/cleaning, dishes, refrigerator/oven cleaning, Bathrooms, trash, vacuuming, sweep/mop, and dusting.

General light upkeep of 2 units. A great attitude and ability to work in the tenant’s home (usually when they are present) is required. Personal transportation is required.

Additional Availability:
Flexible scheduling, 1x day per week, continuous employment. Availability during day (before 5pm) preferred.
