My name is Christine, I am a Licensed and insured Vacation Home cleaner and I service Polk and Osceola Counties. I have been cleaning vacation homes for appx. 2 years now and I am an independent contractor. I have cleaners that work for me as well. I charge by the number of rooms. Typically a 4 bedroom would be about $75. Add 10$ for each additional bedroom. There are some exceptions for extremely large homes. But most homes fall into this price range. I am very reliable and take pride in my business. I work with or without linen service and I supply Toilet paper, trash can liners, Paper towels, bar soap, dish washing soap and Sani-strips. If you want other items supplied we can discuss that as well. I handle all things you would expect from your cleaner, including laundry bathrooms bedrooms, patio furniture. I bill weekly, thru an Invoice you can keep for your records, but payment is negotiable, as long as its consistent. I worked in the Grocery Business for over 25 years. I was a Grocery manager for Albertsons, and Publix, but decided to start my own business. You wont be disappointed with the quality of my work.
