Housekeeper Job in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky

Job opportunity to work for a professional couple in small historic home in Lexington (close to down town), no children & currently no pets. MUST know how to IRON, if not please don't reply. Cleaning, small house 1100sqft bi-weekly. Basic cleaning duties include mop, vacuum, clean vent covers, stove, clean out refrigerator, clean out kitchen cabinets, dishes (dishwasher), bathroom, clean blinds, wash interior windows, laundry (wash & iron clothing and sheets). We are looking for someone who will meticulously maintain our home seeing things that need to be done and doing them. Must be drug free, non-smoker, able to pass a background check and have references. Our last housekeeper spent 11 years with us, several days per week, the only reason we are looking is because she moved away. Pay is $12 min and higher depending upon experience.
