I am very reliable and have references available for you. I am detail oriented and will keep your home or small office in tip top shape! I offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly services as well as one time cleaning and special event/occasions. These are the four packages I offer and the prices for them: 1. Standard surface cleaning: includes all still appliances, vacuum, sweep/mop, counter tops, toilets and dust surfaces. 1 bd-$35 2 bd-$50 3 bd-$60 4 or more bd-$75 2. Deep cleaning: includes kitchen and dinning room- appliances, sweep/mop, cabinets, counter tops, sink, Windows and window seals. Bathroom- counters, cabinets, mirror, sweep/mop, bathtub/shower, window and window seals. Bedroom- sweep/mop/vacuum, dust ceiling fans, dusting, Windows and window seals. Will make bed if requested. Living room and den- Sweep/mop/vacuum, dust ceiling fans, dusting, Windows and window seals. 1 bd-$65 2 bd-$80 3 bd-$100 4 or more bd-$150 3. One time moving clean up: includes complete residental cleanup after you have removed all of your belongings. Top to bottom in all rooms to ensure return of deposit. 1 bd-$85 2 bd-$100 3 bd-$140 4 or more bd-$200 4. One time special event/occasion cleaning available must give full details on requested services before pricing estimate is given as all jobs will be different.
