I really love creating a sparkling clean, inviting and well-functioning space for people wanting to relax and enjoy a fabulous vacation rental. I will get to know your place and how you like your listing to be cleaned, using your cleaning checklist and the products you choose. I will also take care to know how you like it to be presented, where furniture belongs, how arrival materials are presented, and the overall feel and energy of the place for your guests. I also offer deep cleaning to help get your listing in top rental condition. I have four years' experience as manager of a vacation rental property on the Oregon coast. As part of my function as manager I was responsible for all housekeeping duties -- from making beds to inspecting furnishings and equipment for needed repairs or replacement. I am a detail-oriented person and believe I have a good eye for creating ambience. I like to add hotel-like touches, such as specially folded towels and the perfectly-made bed. I think to clean the tops of doors, the wiring and cables behind the TV and under books on a shelf -- so your property is essentially cobweb and dust free. And, I definitely have a strict “No Hair Left Behind” policy. My prices vary, based on the number of guests/ beds and turnover time, but are also negotiable.
