I’m open to negotiating the rate. Services And Training: The man living in this home passed away, and his children now need to move his things out so the owner can sell the property. The home is in need of a deep kitchen cleaning; including dishes, refrigerator cleaning, and oven cleaning. There is no water on at the property, so you’d need to bring water with you and do dishes camping style. In all honesty, the kitchen is a mess. It looks as though the dishes haven’t been washed in a long time and there is food sitting out and left in a fridge without power. It is preferable if you own all necessary supplies.
