I have several different cleans. 1. One Time Cleaning (Deep or General) 2. Move Outs 3. Weekly, Bi-Weekly, & Monthly. (Deep or General) 4. Organization, Laundry, Yard Work. Etc General Cleaning includes: Dusting (Wet or Dry) (Furniture to Knick Knacks), Vacuuming, Glass. Disinfecting Bathrooms, Kitchen (All Appliances Inside / Out), Laundry Room, etc. I do ALL floors on my hands & knees every cleaning. Deep Cleans Include everything in a General & All: 1. Blinds 2. Windows & Sills 3. Ceiling Fans 4. Baseboards 5. Doors 6. Kitchen /Bath Cabinets I perform my duties like this due to "cleaning companies". I used to work for them. I know what's being charged every cleaning & what's not being performed every cleaning. I also perform my duties this way for families to save money & chose what they would like done. I charge by number of rooms for an apartment to average size home. I can do estimates over the phone or email by the number of rooms you want cleaned. However, price may change a little (higher or lower) once I see the home. Incentives: 1. Customer supplies cleaning materials including rags - 10% off Every Cleaning 2. Referring Customers - 20% off after New Customer has 2 Cleanings or 1 Deep Clean. 1 time for each new referral. I Do Have: FBI clearance, Criminal Clearance as well as Child Abuse Clearance.
