Housekeeper Job in Bellingham, Washington

My wife (29) and I (32) are both neurodivergent and have a whale of a time keeping up with regular household chores. We both work full-time and our consistently untidy home exacerbates her anxiety and my ADHD. We work from home, so we really want to elevate our experiences at home. We are in Sudden Valley, Washington. We are looking for a kind, understanding housekeeper to help us out with laundry, dishes, some cleaning tasks, and sorting trash and recycling. It is really hard for us to admit we need help with this stuff, but we do. If you are interested in working with us, we would love to hear from you. If you would like more work, we have a few other tasks we are planning to hire out in the near future including organizing, and walking/playing with our dogs. We are also going to be searching for someone to help us with organization, and we would also happily pay someone to exercise our dogs with walks or trips to the dog park. Laundry Trash and Recycling Dishes Fridge Cleanout Kitchen Bathrooms Vaccuuming/Sweeping Use our carpet shampooer occasionally Additional Work Opportunities/Hours If You Desire: Dog walking Organizing Yard work Personal assistant Regular. Part-time. Mondays and Thursdays are preferred. Pretty flexible with time of day. Cash or check. Possibility of being a 1099 or W2. License and insurance preferred. Prior experience with neurodivergent people preferred as I struggle with executive functioning. Must be comfortable around small dogs (we can crate them if needed). 5 years of experience preferred. Please be vaccinated and boosted for COVID. We are both vaccinated and double boosted. We have also both had COVID-19 already but it sucked and we don't want to deal with it again. We are happy to mask up when you are here if that's your preference.
