Hi! My name is Kathryn. My husband and I are looking for reliable help at home that is MORE than housekeeping. Location is Mount Pleasant. Because we work from home, we are extremely flexible on hours and are happy to accommodate your schedule if you are the right person. What We Need: - Housekeeping including floor washing, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning, plus additional occasional tasks like window washing or wall or fridge cleaning as needed - Laundry help including washing and folding clothes and changing bed linens - General cleanup help including tasks like yardwork or toy cleanup as needed - Additional domestic support such as meal prep, baking, taking out trash/recycling, perhaps even occasional babysitting if you enjoy that and want to make extra money As you can see, this is really a housekeeper plus personal domestic support role that has a flexible job description. Ideally you would do certain tasks every week (floors, bathrooms, bed linens) and then have time to help us with other home tasks as needed. We are flexible on days of the week, start and end time, and number of hours (we are thinking 5 to start but are flexible). We are thinking you’d come 2 times a week potentially. We are more than happy to work with your schedule if you are the perfect worker for us, and it’s okay if your schedule needs to shift occasionally (eg if you are a university student). This position is perfect for you if you are looking to work for a great family and need flexibility to accommodate your life. Our perfect domestic helper: - Is punctual, responsible, and reliable. We have flexible schedules, but once we know you’re coming, we must be able to count on you - Is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and has a clean police check - Will help with washing, drying, and folding laundry (we always seem to have so much dang laundry!) - Will help with meal prep (e.g. vegetable chopping) and kitchen cleanup - Will be an extra pair of hands on deck to help keep the household clean, organized, and running smoothly.
