Company Description Direct Real Estate Investment/Hospitality Property Management Company. Role: Housekeeping Associate As a housekeeper at Twelve Springs, you will be playing a key role in creating top-notch vacation experiences for our guests. Team members are responsible for providing a five-star “guest ready” home for each reservation, promptly responding to any cleanliness related issues, staging homes, and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest consumables. We are seeking team-players who are flexible, organized, and caring. This position is part-time with the opportunity to advance to full-time as the company expands its portfolio. Reports directly to Housekeeping Team Lead. Description of Responsibilities -Inspect units for damage or missing items and report to Property Manager. -Enter any necessary repairs to maintenance software. -Replenish consumables from gladiator locker during each cleaning in accordance to cleaning checklist. -Deep cleaning of home after each check out, including but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, appliance cleaning (interior/exterior), surface wiping, interior window cleaning, laundering of linens, making beds, organizing décor, and upholstery cleaning. -Pick-up/drop-off linens from storage unit for laundering. -Stage home according to staging photo guide. -Update clean status in company software. -Track hours per property within smart phone application. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements -Must be able to easily lift 25-50 lbs. -Stand/walk for the majority of the work day. -Flexible schedule (must be available to work on-call and weekends). -Written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to use a smart phone. -Ability to work within company software and adapt to changes in processes. -Ability to work in a fast paced environment. -General knowledge of chemicals used in cleaning agents and how to safely use them. -Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. -Cleaning experience preferred but not required.
