Housekeeper Job in Fairbanks, Alaska

Description: I am looking for a housekeeper as part-time employee who is able to work 7 days per week in busy season and availability to work weekends and holidays. Please find core functions of the position but are not limited to the following. •Follows our company’s COVID-19 Mitigation Policies to perform cleaning and disinfecting duties in all guest areas and back of house. •Removing used bed linens and towels, replacing linens, making beds, cleaning the bathroom , vacuuming and dusting. •Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply rooms on a daily basis. •Operate washer and dryer machines and fold linen and put it in storage. •Maintains inventory of necessary supplies. •Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. •Report any damages or repairs needed to management and assist work orders for maintenance repairs as needed. •Performs additional duties (for example: linens dropping off to laundry company, snow shoveling ), as needed. Requirements: • 1-2 years housekeeping experience . • Fully vaccinated •Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. •Ability to lift, push and pull required load (at least 25 pounds); •Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements/controls and applications of relevant chemicals. •Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
