Housekeeper Job in Jamaica, New York

YES USA is seeking a housekeeper for our ESL Summer Camp program in New York to provide the necessary services that are the foundation of the camp. Employment dates: July 15th - August 11th (4 weeks) Location: St. John’s University in Queens 6 working days and one day off. Hours: 2 pm - 12 am (with a two-hour break) Main Responsibilities: - Clean suites for students and their chaperones including sweeping floors, mopping, vacuuming, and removing trash. - Clean and tidy the office, common areas where students congregate, etc on a daily basis. - Coordinate weekly linen exchange. - Make beds for newcomers. - Help with dinner deliveries (from ordering to food distribution) and clean common areas after dinner deliveries. Keep track of inventory for food deliveries. - Order office/cleaning supplies as needed. - Assist at any time, whether on duty or not, with emergency situations (deliver food to sick students, etc.). - Complete additional tasks, including help in the daily operation of the camp, running errands, etc.
