Type of Employment: Full time - Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Operate cleaning machines Clean soot and creosote from chimneys and fire places Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces Vacuum floors Wax and polish floors Shampoo upholstery Use different types of chemicals to remove grease and disinfect and clean industrial equipment Pick up debris and empty trash containers Address customers’ complaints or concerns Requirements: -Education: No education is required -Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided. -Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Overtime required, Physically demanding -Personal suitability: Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Organized, Reliability. -Worksite environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, and Noisy -Language: Basic English is required.
