I’m a homeowner in Skyland Estates, Virginia, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to perform a move-in cleaning of my home. If you take pride in your work, I’d love to hear from you. The job includes cleaning bathrooms, general living areas, and the kitchen—making sure these spaces are thoroughly cleaned and hygienic. Additionally, I’d like window washing (including window sills) to keep the home bright and inviting. The previous owners didn’t dust or sweep before we moved in, so the job mainly involves removing general dust, grime, cobwebs, and some minor debris—not a heavy deep clean. I ask that you bring your own cleaning supplies. The pay rate is $15 per hour, but I’m open to discussing a one-time flat fee or other arrangements if you think that would work better.
