Housekeeper Job in London, England

I am a homeowner in London looking for a reliable female housekeeper to help maintain a large home as well as look after 3 small dogs. The position offers £13 per hour for 50 hours a week and involves a variety of tasks around the house that are essential for keeping everything tidy and very very organized. Your duties will include (1) cleaning bathrooms, ensuring they are spotless and hygienic. (2) You will also be responsible for washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean. Kitchen cleanliness is important, so you will need to handle tasks like oven cleaning and fridge cleaning as part of your responsibilities, as well as doing the food shopping and making sure the fridge is fully stocked and expired food is disposed of regularly (3) all other rooms need attention, such as dusting surfaces, vacuuming, cleaning mirrors, polishing silver frames, dusting tops of picture frame, dusting behind furniture and skirting boards, wiping down doors and organizing spaces to create a comfortable and tidy living environment. (4) You will also be required to do the family laundry, ironing and maintain clothing in closets in very specific places so you will have to be capable of learning meticulously where everything goes and how things are folded and organised . Absolutely everything has its own place. (5) outdoor areas like the garden and front patio need regular sweeping and cleaning. (6) We also have three small dogs. Your responsibilities will include arriving just before 7 am and the first duty on arrival is to walk the three dogs for about 15 minutes and then feed them. They will need to be walked again at 1 pm at 4 pm and fed at 5 pm. Occasionally maybe once every two months you may be asked to do an overnight stay for as little as one night to as much as 3 night when I travel for work. On these occasions, the last dog walk is at 9 pm. You will also be responsible for taking the dogs to the vet when needed and the groomers. (7) as in when needed I will have a number of different errands that will need to be taken care of these might include going to the pharmacy or a shop going to the dry cleaners (8) There are two teenagers in the household who will also need a simple breakfast prepared to take to school. Other food preparation would be preparing a salad at lunchtime when I’m working from home and preparing dinner for the children if there is an overnight stay. It is a very busy household with all of us having very little time so somebody with a lot of experience who will know what to do on their own without much training required is who I am looking for as a result a high level of English will also be needed. My previous Housekeeper was with me for 19 years.
