Housekeeper Job in Santa Clara, California

We are a couple of working professionals. We work from home full time and we have two small kids. We are having a hard time finding a real maid in the United States. We are looking to hire someone to help us keep our home clean, tidy, and organized daily. This person would either come work every day to the house for a few hours or be a live-in maid. (it will depend on the monthly salary expectations for either option). Note that we do not want the typical home cleaning service, since this job would include doing things like doing laundry including folding, ironing, and wardrobe management, making beds, putting away kids toys, doing dishes and putting them away, washing pots, and pans, taking the garbage out, and the ability to spot what needs doing in a home (and doing it) for a monthly salary. Our kids are 5 and 1 year old. The 5-year-old goes to school, and the 1-year-old has a nanny, so childcare services are not required. What are housekeeping rules?
