Housekeeper Job in Rolling Hills, California

NON-NEGOTIABLE • Must live in or stay on the property:5 days a week: Tuesday 7:30am-Sunday morning. This is NON NON NON negotiable. • Must LOVE animals: ALL ANIMALS as much of the work will involve taking care of the animals and cleaning up after them. Cannot have allergies or phobias in dealing with animals and cleaning No Smoking/no drinking. Must be able to be on legal Payroll (so need SSN or other legal status) Must be able to travel away from CA for 2-3 months in summer to second home in New Jersey (we may be able to accommodate spouse or partner at second home or they can remain at CA residence if they prefer) • Vacation requests must be given several months in advance and cannot be taken between approx. Dec. 1 - Jan 15th. Must be fluent in at least either English or Spanish. NEGOTIABLE • Driving: discuss location in Rolling Hills. • We may be able to accommodate a second salary for a partner or spouse as additional house cleaner or property maintenance personnel • Living accommodation separate from Main House: they can live there full or part time (other rules will apply if they want to live here full time: ie we will have to discuss guests/parking etc.) • Bi weekly pay check • 2 weeks paid vacation • 3 days paid sick leave (more days given with advance notice) • We pay yearly medical premium up to $500 a month. (This will only be paid directly to the medical insurer) • 1 week bonus pay for Christmas • 7 day a week prorated pay for 5 day weeks worked out of state when traveling with family. Additional cash bonus for this period. Duties to include: Housekeeping: answering door, signing for packages, making beds, cleaning Animal Upkeep: feeding/cleaning up after. Dog walking Property and Animal sitting Laundry Kitchen clean up after meals. Serving during parties (we don’t entertain much!) Generally cooking won’t be required but would be considered a benefit/plus. *Additional house cleaners are usually present at both homes for 3-5 days a week but responsibility for making sure all duties get ultimately performed will lie with Housekeeper.
