Housecleaner for studio vacation rental by Velzyland...usually 3-7 cleanings per month (average 4). Some are back to back rentals, so studio needs cleaning on specified days before new renters arrive...Cleaning schedules are texted before a new month begins. Cleaning needs to be thorough: No: 1. Hair 2. Dust & sand 3. Smudges 4. Laundry needs to be washed, dried, folded or put out for use... 5. Bath & kitchen needs to be spotless 6. Refrigerator emptied & cleaned thoroughly- ⚡️7.
