Comfortable being Independently Contracted (1099) 3. Must be willing to do a Criminal Background Check 4. Own a reliable vehicle and use your own cleaning supplies and equipment 5. Must have your own insurance 6. Mobile phone with internet access 7. Authorized to work in the US 8.
