About The Job: Housekeeper/Senior Care Giver 1-4 days a week, 2-6 hours per day, (between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM) Must be able to keep house clean, neat and tidy. Organization is a must. Duties:.Must be able to keep house clean, neat and tidy. Organization is a must. This includes all household cleaning and organizing tasks and may regularly include cleaning "projects" (e.g., cleaning and organizing a messy closet, hosing down patio, etc.). Typical responsibilities include laundry (a must), sweeping, mopping and waxing floors, changing and laundering linens, vacuuming, dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, and general room cleaning and organizing. Some cooking or food preparation and monthly heavy cleaning, including cleaning windows, baseboards, refrigerator and furniture. In addition, some elder care may be needed. Responsibilities include providing companionship, care, and support. Preparing and presenting meals, provide hygiene support for patient with mild dementia, although physically capable. Occasional transportation may be required for appointments.
