Housekeeper Job in Dallas, Georgia

I am looking for a cleaning and organizing magician who can make my messy house a home. I just don't have the time with kids activities, homework, and full-time work to clean and organize my home the way I want. I want my home to be a place I can breathe easy, not one that just adds stress. Right now, I work from home in my home office from 9 to 5 pm. Eventually, I'll probably head back to work in Atlanta, but for now I'm enjoying working at my leisure. I do have a demanding job, which is why I need the help. I think having routine help would help me a lot, and depending on your costs, could offer more work. I may pay for a full day once a month on a Saturday when my family is out of the house for a deep clean. I just would like my house to be neat and organized so I can stop stressing about it and focus more on my family. I also don't want to take time away from anyone else's family, so I am willing to work around another schedule if what I'm proposing wouldn't work for you, but we'd be a great match otherwise. I'd like someone who can: Work Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the morning/afternoon. Work for my family long term. Have their own car. Have a clean background check. Clean litter boxes and is not allergic to cats. (We will provide supplies) Have a little flexibility if I have an event or need a spot clean here or there. Communicate thoughts and needs pertaining to the house. Please, anything to make my life easier. My house has: 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms Living Room Small kitchen with breakfast area Dining room that is currently a storage area Home office Big finished basement area 2 flights of carpeted stairs Laundry nook in the kitchen. Laundry is the bane of my existence. Preferable, but not necessary: Someone who wouldn't mind helping shuttle kids back and forth to activities during the summer More hours available for people who can also be a caregiver for my three children during the summer (and perhaps longer if it works out). I have three girls at ages 11, 6, and 4. They are good kids with happy demeanors. They are also helpful, so if you give them things to do, they will help! They are pretty good at keeping their rooms clean and love to help in the kitchen. I would love a nanny for them to help out during the summer, and long term to get the pressure off of me getting them to and from school, activities, and appointments.
