Professional and Long-Term Housekeeper needed as soon as possible. Job Title: Professional Career Housekeeper Location: Victoria, Vancouver Island Job Type: Part time; 15-20 hrs/week Overview: Seeking an experienced and professional House Cleaner for three family homes. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, organized, and functional living space. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing. • Keep kitchen tidy: dishwashing, decluttering, and managing waste sorting. • Regular cleaning of appliances, counters, and sinks in the kitchen. • Daily bedroom maintenance: bed making, laundry sorting, and clothes organization. • Bathroom upkeep: cleaning toilets, mirrors, showers, and replenishing supplies. • Handle laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and storage. • Organize various home areas, handle mail/school papers, and general tidiness. • Washing produce and basic food prep when needed. • Perform weekly deep cleaning tasks, including refrigerator and cupboard cleaning. • Exterior maintenance: sweeping grounds and garage, cleaning baseboards, light fixtures, and walls. • Monitor cleaning supplies; communicate repair needs to House Manager. Requirements: • Proven house cleaning experience with reliability and strong work ethic. • Detail-oriented, capable of working independently. • Based in Victoria • Use of eco-friendly cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment will be supplied • Non-smoker • MUST HAVE valid Work Permit • MUST HAVE valid Driver’s License (vehicle will be provided) • Positive attitude and cheerful demeanor.
