Housekeeper Job in Aurora, Colorado

I hope you are having a good day. My partner and I are two awesome working women with 5 amazing cats we love (most of whom have super nerdy names), in a house full of board games, video games, and nerdy artwork all over! We have a three-story townhome (Basement with a workout room and craft room, Main Story with a Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, and 1/2 bathroom, and an upstairs loft sitting area with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms). We both work fulltime and one of us is in full time art school as well. The other is hopefully returning to finish a degree. We both lead such busy lives and are exhausted at the end of the day, so we're hoping to bring someone in who can help us do what we used to do for our weekly chores and such. All of it is pretty standard housekeeping stuff. It has been recently cleaned, (last cleaning was done 3/10...), so we’re hoping to bring someone in to help us keep it clean. As we trial someone, we’ll have you do the standard weekly clean. Hoping for someone who is efficient, has good time management, is willing to ask questions and check in/communicate with us when needed, and who will provide good quality work. And if things work out, we’ll continue with that, and every 4 weeks, one of the weeks would have a couple of heavier cleaning things, described below. What the weekly clean would entail: - Vacuuming carpet on all floors (there will likely be cat-related stains. We clean them a little ourselves as they happen, but for a weekly clean we just ask that it be vacuumed.) - Sweeping/mopping all non-carpet (we have a mixture of hardwood flooring and granite tile?) - Cleaning the Kitchen (cleaning counters, appliances, stovetop, inside and outside of microwave as needed, etc... and doing dishes. We have a strong dishwasher, so it'd just be emptying/reloading it and hitting "start") - Clean all 2.5 bathrooms (counters, floor, sink, toilet, showers, and mirrors. They were just done thoroughly this week, so a lot will just be maintenance). - Clean litterboxes on all three floors (the one litterbox in the basement, plus the vacuuming of the basement, is likely all that will be needed for cleaning in the basement. Half the basement is Storage/laundry room) - tidy up couch cushions and couch-blankets/pillows on main level and loft - Swap the bedsheets in both bedrooms and remake the beds (for the dirty ones, just put them in the washer in the basement and start it, and we can take it from there) - empty trashcans and take trash to the garage, including breaking down any boxes we haven't gotten to throughout the week. - If there is time, it might also include helping put away small amounts of stray clean laundry, but this is a "wishful thinking item" on my part because of how exhausting full-time work full-time school is. One week a month, we'd likely ask for a slightly deeper clean. It doesn't have to be "clean all the baseboards'' level of clean or anything, but it would involve things like shampooing/wet-vacuuming our carpet (we do own a wetvac) and cleaning the inside of the fridge (we currently clean the fridge once a month as it is) on top of the normal weekly tasks. Maybe some light dusting? But that’s a “if it looks like it needs it” sort of deal, and not a high priority. I think that's it? Mostly we're just both very tired, and realizing we have the means to hire someone to clean... so we're trying to do that instead of wearing ourselves out. We're not total slobs or anything, just needing a little weekly help. If things work well when you start and we keep up the weekly repeat, and if you see other things I haven't listed here you think would benefit from a clean, feel free to bring it up. We're open people, just not sure how to fill these things out lol. Added note: Hoping to hire someone who also has some experience with organizing, because if things work out well, we might occasionally have tasks for organizing (and would happily pay an hourly organizing rate for it, too).
