Housekeeper Job in Plano, Texas

I am looking for a Nanny/Housekeeper, someone who can help with household chores, pick-up kids from school and take them to classes and watch them till we are done with work Kids are - 7 and 4.5 (boy and girl), we have a 12 year old fur baby too REQUIRED AVAILABILITY - Monday to Friday 3:30 to 6:30pm Occasional date nights Sometimes (very occasional) overnight Days off from school - 9 am to 4pm Tasks required to do - 1) Pick up kids Mon to Friday from school at 3:30 pm 2) Take them to classes on designated days ( mileage will be paid) 3) On days they are home watch them and do some art/craft activities or give the work that mom has assigned 4) Pick up and tidy common areas, and the areas the kids have been working or playing - on a daily basis 5) clean out dishwasher and empty the sink 6) Give snacks to kids and light meal prep (if required) We are seeking someone who enjoys outdoor activities and is familiar with Montessori-style parenting, which emphasizes independence and responsible decision-making. Reliability and responsibility are essential for this position, as there are no backup family members available.
