Housekeeper Job in Kingman, Arizona

Looking for a Full Service housekeeper to do a one-time major clean then monthy to bi-monthly maintenance cleaning to include basic cleaning of all rooms to include dusting anime under cushions, cleaning leather Furniture as needed and dusting or vacuuming fabric furniture,bedrooms and changing bed linens as needed, cleaningcleaning and polishing wood floors, bathrooms, dusting, pet hair removal, kitchen cleaning to include refrigerator inside and cleaning and polishing of all stainless appliances, sleeping and mopping kitchen floors, loading and unloading dishwasher as needed, folding and putting away laundry as needed. Additionally there would be occasional special projects such as cabinet organization, rug shampooing, windows and anything else that mighbe come up or be needed. I have MS and several other autoimmune disorders, so the extent of the work involved each time will depend upon how on I have been feeling and how much I have been able to do on my own between visits. In your reply, please include your charges and whether or not you offer specific quotes for special projects. There is always the opportunity for this position to become weekly although that may include more special projects cleaning out closets and organizing as mentioned earlier. We moved here two years ago and I was incredibly sick at the time so things were just dust everywhere and there is very little existing organization. We are also in the process of renovating are home which is a fixer upper, so depending on what may be going on, it will determine the job for that week. For example we are currently having the living area repainted with mud and tape work which includes a lot of sanding and there's a lot of dust everywhere. I have one small dog sheds like 3 90 pound Malamutes or something so his hair is always everywhere no matter often I have him groomed. I have many many doctors appointment so my schedule can be difficult but I try very hard to work around everyone to the extent possible. If you are interested in variety and working for me, then I would love to talk with you. I haven't had a lot of success and connecting with the people who have been interested so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not as the MS has taken a toll on my ability to think clearly and specifically with computers and electronics.
