IF NOT, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY YOU DO NOT QUALIFY! We are a cleaning business looking for professional independent contractors (1099 Contractors) who service Los Angeles county and Orange county. We are looking for a contractor to properly take care of our properties and carry out cleaning and hospitality duties. The goal is to keep the properties in a clean and orderly condition. We are looking for people who choose to go beyond and above and who can follow instructions accurately. In order to be considered you MUST have the following: General Liability Insurance (This is Insurance to cover any damages that you may cause in a client's home) Your own cleaning supplies and tools (i.e., vacuum, mop, rags, toilet brush, bucket, disinfectant, stainless steel, glass and wood cleaner etc.) Smartphone with the ability to download applications Your own reliable transportation Willing to travel Professional References Must have Sunday availability (THIS IS OUR BUSIEST DAY) Customers are located in both Los Angeles and Orange COUNTY. Responsibilities: Complete laundry, clean bedrooms, make beds, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, clean kitchen appliances (microwave, freezer, refrigerator, oven), clean living room, clean den, clean dining room, clean laundry room, clean patio/porch (i.e. dusting, disinfecting, polishing and shining different surfaces, sweeping/vacuuming etc) Restock supplies, maintain amenities according to the host desire and immediately inform the supervisor when you find damages or required repairs and if supplies are running low or out of stock. Work with a digital checklist to make sure all tasks are completed correctly. Document routine inspections (walk throughs) and maintenance activities with photos and videos. Cooperate with all other contractors on site. Follow all health and safety regulations. Skills: Strategic cleaning plan- How do you plan to complete this task efficiently in the allotted timeframe and making sure the property is spotless. Ability to follow directions and ask for clarification/questions Great communication (Do you listen and speak well) Be professional (communicative, responsible, reliable, respectful) We're prefer contractors who have experience in cleaning Airbnb's/ Hospitality, but encourage all levels of experience to apply.
