Housekeeper Job in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Posting: Hello my name is Marie. I'm seeking a kind and caring female to provide home live in housekeeper/help for our family, a minimum of 1 year commitment is required. We live in a beautiful 2 acre property with a main house and a nice large additional house with a private 2 bedroom apartment. The employment package includes use of the apartment, internet cable, water. Electrical utilities may be included as well. The Apartment is currently nicely furnished but it doesn’t have to be if the candidate prefers their own furniture. Service Requirements: Our family needs someone to provide day to day housekeeping chores that includes cleaning, dusting, making beds, laundry, tidying up the house, some cooking when needed. I am good cook and love doing it but may need help at times, a plus if the candidate loves to cook or is creative. Additional responsibilities may be when needed companionship of an elderly family member who functions independently, some companionship when needed with one or two of our children. One of our children has a full time caregiver. Is a must to have a drivers license and a good driving record. It is preferable that the candidate has her own transportation. although a household vehicle may be provided for household errands. A plus if: -Candidate is able to swim - we have a pool -Likes to be active accompanying our daughter to the gym -Gets along with animals - we have a Labrador retriever, a cat , chickens and our daughter rides horses -is able to accompany us on some family trips Level 2 national background/criminal check will be done.
