Individual or Agency/Company both of consideration. Details Home newly renovated and very clean. 950sq ft, 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room. Requires general room clean up, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, wipe down and sanitizing of high touch surfaces, turn over of linens and towels, restocking and organizing supplies, wipe down and cleaning of other surfaces as needed, eg, windows, walls, fans, etc. Engineered vinyl plank flooring throughout with small area carpet in living room and very small entryway carpets. No knickknacks. We aim for eco-conscious waste management and hope to be supported in this mission. Opportunity may exist for other tasks related to home maintenance. Personal transportation necessary. Previous experience preferred. Covid vaccination required. Availability Seeking flexible availability throughout week/weekends 11a to 3p. Home bookings can change on short notice. Frequency Regular cleanings occur approx 1 per wk, though ranges from 1 or more per wk to once every 2-3 wks. Range 3 to 10 per month.
