Housekeeper Job in Lebanon, Ohio

READ THIS PART FIRST, READ IT WELL, I WILL GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR NO-SHOWS/NO-CALLS. I have lined up 2 people on this site and both were no-shows who stopped communicating immediately after. Look I get it, a lot of the people on here are using this as "filler jobs" we all have hectic schedules and this isn't your biggest priority in life but: A. If you say you're going to show up and do a job SHOW UP!! Also learn how to read a street address (or maybe just don't lie) "Uh yeah I showed up and no one was there" The house with the stone address maker? "Uh yeah" I have 10 security cameras, no one visited my house. "Oh I must have been at the wrong place or something then." *sigh* B. If you can't make it for some reason, (again we all have lives) then call and notify "the client" that you can't make it so they can make other arrangements. Don't just go, "Oh I can't make it, I guess I'll never talk to that person again. Sorry about their luck LOL" it's unprofessional, and really it just means you're kind of a horrible person in general. C. From now on anyone who pulls a no call/no show on me get's negative reviews. I will report you to this site and any of the other sites you're on, if you're going to do this even as a part time thing, there's zero excuse for not at least giving a phone call or text (ie wasting people's time.) Now,.. if you're a reasonable literate person, please continue and read on for the work I need done: THE JOB: I am looking for a home cleaner available just north of Lebanon, Ohio. I hope to find a caring, honest individual with semi-regular availability. Bought a house, real fixer upper and I just had duct cleaning and carpet put in. So a lot of sweeping and dusting, trash/debris pickup (wood and drywall bits and trash from "the guys" working) Also Kitchen needs a complete empty-sort-clean-replace. Fridge, cabinets, oven, sink, range, floor etc.. Would like to have you come in for cleaning the finished lower level and kitchen on first visit (would probably take a whole Sat so anyone with special Full day rates would be helpful. Bathrooms need deep cleaning, and really the whole house needs to be touched in one way or another (baseboards, floors, etc..) Basement has some construction debris that needs cleaned up (I have a shop vac available for this) Later if things work out, we can tackle the rest of the house.
