Nice to meet you! This is Mrs. Chute. We are looking for a one time apartment refresher cleaning before tenants move in, this week,, so, vacuum everywhere, and kitchen, bathroom, fridge. The apartments were cleaned over a month ago, so, now, just 'finish' cleaning, and remained vacant, so, not much to really clean. Also looking for ongoing monthly cleaning of the public areas (Front hall and stairs...).
