Full-time professional housekeeping attendant position requires a punctual, trustworthy, passionate and flexible service-oriented professional who is dedicated and familiar with effective and efficient home cleaning practices for luxury vacation rental homes. This individual will entrust a positive rapport with our members and guests by anticipating their needs and professionally communicating all pertinent information to the destination leadership team. Responsibilities: •Ensure compliance with established Inspirato housekeeping standards and procedures. •Perform daily tidy for luxury vacation rental homes according to Inspirato housekeeping Styles and Standards guide. •Perform departure clean for luxury vacation rental homes according to Inspirato housekeeping Styles and Standards guide. • When needed and requested perform additional “off schedule” cleans and deep cleans. General Requirements: To perform the job successfully, an individual should consistently demonstrate the following qualities and competencies: •Ability to clean and tidy luxury vacation homes to industry best practices. •Ability to service multiple homes in different locations during the same day. •Honest, respectful, trustworthy, dependable, caring and fun. •Excellent interpersonal skills. •Follow proper techniques, including using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), when mixing chemicals, disinfectants and solutions used for cleaning. •Ensure that established infection control and universal precautions practices are followed when performing housekeeping procedures. •Organized with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks. •Upbeat, positive disposition with genuine “can do” attitude. •Flexible schedule, including long days, holidays and weekends. •Ability to communicate in English. •Maintain the confidentiality of resident information. •General knowledge of the destination. •Reliable transportation.
